The FICO Network Customer Service Mission is to provide our customers with the
highest possible technical, application and consulting support for maintaining
and managing all FICO Network services through our network of highly-skilled,
technical staff. The Customer Support Team will do this by:
Efficiently resolving, or facilitating resolution of, clients' problems
regarding the use of our systems.
Tracking problems and problem resolutions in our FICO Network Support Database.
Coordinating development and distribution of up-to-date user documentation.
Providing courteous customer-oriented service to all clients.
Building lifetime customer relationships by maintaining proactive
communications with customers and measuring and responding to customer
